aaj ki meri ye post aap sabhi ke liye bhut jaruri hai. kyoki aaj kal her koi chahata hai ki me fit rhu. lekin vo fit nhi reh pate lekin dosto ab se aap fit rho ge aaj me aap ko jo bata rha hu bes aap use follow karte jaye. yadi aap ko fit reh na hai to, kyoki aaj kal smart jaman hai her koi fit rhne ke liye kuch na kuch karta rhata hai koi gym jata hai to koi sports khelne.


Fitness Tips-:

1. Dosto aap rutin me subh jaldi uthne ka kara karo kyo ki aap yadi aalash kare ge to aapki fitness nhi bane gi jab aap subh 4 ya 5 bje uhto ge tab hi aap ek perfact fitness bana pahoge. kyoki subh jaldi uthne per hamar shari pure din fresh bana rehta hai. or shari me chusti furti rehti hai.

2. aap subh uhth kar fresh ho jaye or khahi bhar joging per jaye gym aap ke liye itni jaruri nhi jitni subh joging ke vakt milne wali hawa aap 1 ghate ruk ruk (15 mints/ 15 mints se) beark leker joing kare. jis se aap me anerg bani rhe gi.

3. us ke baad aap niyamit veyam kare khai aachi jagh dekh kar aap vha aalom vilom, perynam, shirsasan aadi veyam kare or 30 mint ke liye dheyan me beth jaye aap deyan me  apne mastik ke bico bich suray jesa ek chamkta bal suray per dyan lagne ka pariyas kare. ye sab veyam aap ke gym jane se 100 guna bhut aache aap ke liye sabhit hoge.

4. fir aap 1/2 ghante ke liye aap aapne necureal veyam kare jese dipss nikalna, latkna, dhandh bethak, six pecx banane ke liye aadhi veya kare. jise aap ki body bhi banti rhe gi or aap ki fitness sunder dhikhe gi in sabhi ko karne se aap ka ek algh hi perbhav hoga aap gym jane se jo karte ho use jada aap es se ache evam aakashit karne wale lago ge aap ladke ho to aap ke liye yhi shai rhega or chaye aap ladki ho to bhi aap ke liye ye sabh veyam shahi hai.

8. aaj kal hamri fitness ka dyan rhakhne ke liye mobile companiyo ne bhi apne mobile me ase ase aap banaye hai ki jis se insahan fit rh sake in aap ko ki shayata se hamari din bhar ki her ek perti kiriya record hoti hai jis se pata chalta hai ki hamare sarirh mekitni urja hai. vo her ek chij bata te hai ki jab aap workout karte hoto aap ka shari kitni urja use kar rha hai. jab aap soye ho to aap ki nid puri hui ya nhi ye sabhi  kiriya ho per najar rhakh ta hai.
 
NOTS-: dosto aap yadi in 6 khahi bato per chalo ge to aap jarur puri jingi aapne parivaar walo ke sath rhoge or hasi majak me zindgi bitahoge varna buri lato se aako apni samjh me maja aayega kintu us se aap kealav koi kush nhi hoga
